Patrick Kelley and Alicia Parrish each gave presentations to alumni of the Linguistics and Languages program. Patrick's presentation was titled "The Blue Black Dresses of Language" and discussed grammatical and semantic illusions in English. Alicia's presentation was titled "Vikings who can Gulp Beer Mugs" and discussed the processing of measure-phrase headed compounds.
The Michigan State University Neurolinguistics Lab is located in B418 Wells Hall. We feature a 64 channel EEG system for ERP research as well as facilities for behavioral studies. Stop by and say hello or contact us for more information about the lab.
